The origins of the breed: Pomeranian (German Spitz Miniature) is the smallest of the Spitz family of dogs and comes from a region of Germany known as
Pomerania. The breed was imported to England in the 19th century, where he was
put all in a smaller and smaller sizes. But, like his ancestors, he retains the
characteristic small, triangular ears, pointed muzzle, and feathered tail, which throws back. This
